Susie started dancing at Gedling Ballet School in Nottingham. At age 8 Susie successfully auditioned for a place as a Royal Ballet School Associate and attended classes there for 6 years. During her time as an RBS associate, she was picked to perform and tour with Birmingham Royal Ballet in various productions, most notably at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
After Graduating Susie went on to perform with Ampersandance, Royal Shakespeare Company and was offered contracts with Ballet Theatre UK and Cork City Ballet. Susie went back to Rambert where she gained an MA in Advanced Dance Performance, toured with Moving Visions, and worked with Kerry Nicholls and Ross McKim.
During her time training and performing Susie was teaching in various schools over the country and gaining experience at the Royal Academy of Dance. She is now the Ballet coach at the National Ice centre in Nottingham, Loughborough University, Gedling Ballet School, and London School of Arts.
